As an East Asian Medicine Practitioner (EAMP), I specialize in pain relief, digestive health and mental wellness. That being said, I see a wide variety of health conditions and people with all kinds of goals.

I was trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which is an umbrella term for these ancient natural healing practices: acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, gua-sha, cupping massage, and more.

While our ancestors across the globe had herbal and meridian medicine (i.e. Otzi & reindeer princess), we have the earliest records from China over 2500 years ago. We thank those through the ages who sacrificed their lives to keep knowledge alive.

Now, acupuncture is acknowledged by the World Health Organization and the FDA as a beneficial therapy and pain relief alternative to opioid medications.

I am passionate about teaching herbalism: medicine made from plants, fungi and minerals. My practice combines TCM elemental patterns with my European folk herbal roots.

My love of this craft is for the power of intentional thought that bridges the natural and spiritual worlds. This is the radiant health and purpose that is your birthright. Anyone can benefit from herbalism and acupuncture, and I look forward to working with you!
